We are looking for a new permanent, full time Case Manager to join our expanding team! 770GoodLaw wants to offer this golden opportunity to you, not only to help our clients, but to help yourself as well. About You:
WHAT A PLAYER DOES:
- Make initial calls to client as well as stay in contract throughout the process,
- Communicate verbally and electronically with clients, insurance companies, chiropractors and more,
- Ensure vehicle inspection, rental, client treatment, and bodily injury claims for setup, and followed up with throughout the claims process,
- Complete repairs or total loss and mail letters regarding claim,
- Create and mail documents, making sure they are handled properly,
- Assess diminished value and coordinate recovery and reimbursement,
- Draft demands,
- Handle negotiations;
- Prepare files for litigation;
- Other tasks as assigned.
THE PERFECT PLAYER HAS:
- An outgoing and positive attitude,
- Professionalism (in person and over the phone),
- Flexibility to work across different disciplines including property damage, bodily injury, and UM,
- Must be able to handle a large, fast turning caseload,
- Computer skills and being able to learn new software programs quickly,
- Capacity to work and communicate well on a team,
- Ability to work independently,
- Superior verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills,
- Preferably bilingual and can speak Vietnamese, Spanish or any other language,
- Collaborate with contacts both internally and externally,
- Ability to lift, walk with and maneuver up to 50 lbs,
- Capable of sitting for long periods at a time.
Besides growth, base compensation ranging from $30,000-$75,000, and a sense of responsibility and fulfillment, 770GoodLaw Offers:
