JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES

We enforce the law by setting a standard of fair and expeditious resolution of claims to achieve long-term compliance from the employers of the State of California. Under supervision of a Deputy Labor Commissioner III, in the State Labor Commissioner's Office of the Licensing and Registration program, the incumbent is responsible for the investigation and enforcement of the licensing requirements as mandated by the California Labor Code and California Code of Regulations. Works in partnership with other government entities and units to ensure compliance with registration requirements. The Industrial Relations Representative is a recruiting and training classification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,012.00 - $6,213.00 per month
