Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level Field Data Collector to become an integral part of our CIDARE, Inc. team! As Field Inspector you will be responsible for collecting data at various real estate properties, aiding in the rollout of more efficient management tools, and aiding in the development of new product lines. Responsibilities:
Work independently on various data collection and analysis projects.
Interact with property owners and municipal property assessors on a daily basis; excellent customer service skills are a must.
Collect construction, space usage, photo, and measurement data for buildings at designated real estate properties.
Ensure that all data collected is accurate and properly loaded into our data collection systems and in the appraisal systems our clients use. You must be comfortable using technology.
Work with the operations and customer support team to refine our existings data collection processes and create new processes and tools to help us become more efficient.
Qualifications:
Ability to work well in teams
Experience in a customer service role (preferred)
Associate’s degree in architecture, construction, or construction management (preferred)
Previous experience in the real estate, architecture, or construction industries
Technology savvy – we use tablets, LiDAR systems, web applications, and drafting software extensively, so you must be able to pick up how to use technology quickly
Familiarity with building plans (basic knowledge of how to read and interpret)
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
