Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in computer systems, an understanding of VoIP phone services, video technologies, and security camera systems. Programming skills, while not required, are a significant plus. You'll be working alongside experienced professionals, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VoIP systems, video solutions, and security hardware integration.
• Support the troubleshooting of systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve existing solutions and develop new technology offerings.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Familiarity with VoIP phone service, video technologies, and security cameras.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts (experience with any programming language is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $70,064.00 per year
