Job Description
We are looking for an inexperienced apprentice electrician that will support our Journeyman and Master electricians. This will be the start of a rewarding trade. At CJEC you will work on different types of electrical construction scope. These will be the building blocks of your future as an electrician.
Compensation:$28,000 - $38,000
Responsibilities:- Supporting Journeyman and Master electricians, by listening and following instructions
- By doing this you are ensuring your success in understanding the material and methods to make you a knowledgeable electrician
- The general task in supporting is, material handling, helping install conduit, pulling wire, installation of plugs and light fixtures, installing components of control equipment, building main switchboards, panelboards, and much more
- As apprentice electrician communication skills is the largest factor. This is part of your future to understand and follow tasks in a safe environment. The better you are at the skill the faster your career will grow
- Work ethics is one you'll hear a lot. This skill coupled with good communication skills will gain the respect of your peers and this is the key to unlocking the respect you will deserve. With this qualification, you will have the opportunity to grow, in knowledge and monies
