We are searching for a polite, professional Call Center representative who will work closely with our team to provide outstanding service to our customers. As a Call Center representative, you may handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls to create a positive experience for each and every caller. Be prepared to actively listen to customers in order to understand the reason for their call, address all questions, and provide an accurate and efficient account of our products and services. You must be polite, reliable, knowledgeable and adaptable. This position is NOT remote, it is in person at the Jeffersonville, IN office.
Responsibilities
- Answering or making calls to customers to discover and address their needs and answer all inquiries about our products and services.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers using excellent written and verbal communication.
- Engaging in active listening with callers to ensure all customers feel supported and valued.
- Building lasting relationships with customers and other Call Center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Gaining knowledge of our products and services in order to make recommendations tailored to our customers’ needs.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Utilizing software, database, scripts and tools appropriately
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed Call Center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Typing 45 WPM
