We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Designer, who is passionate about the design process, to join our team in Richmond, VA.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:- Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
- Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
- Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas
- Assist during the review of project scope with construction project managers
- Assist in the production of architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
- Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants
- Assist with the development of preliminary designs into construction documents
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field, plus 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Revit experience preferred
- Standard office software (Photoshop, Word, etc.) experience preferred
- Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
