Keymanna Management is currently accepting Spring 2024 Intern applications. K.M. seeks dedicated and creative social media,talent, and event management interns to help manage podcast and events content.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the visibility and impact of creative voices around the world in the podcasting and entertainment industry as well as learn the inner workings of branded content. As the Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for helping create and curate engaging content, fostering community engagement, and increasing our online presence across Instagram and Tik Tok.
What You'll Do:
Content Curation:
- Collaborate with the Keymanna Management team to develop and implement a content strategy to align with brand and target audience.
- Curate compelling and diverse visual and written content, including images, videos, quotes, and stories.
- Collaborate with podcast hosts and production team to gather assets and create engaging promotional content for episodes and events.
- Stay updated on International Music, Film, Sports and Gaming related news, trends, and events to create timely and relevant content.
Community Engagement:
- Foster a vibrant and inclusive community by responding to comments, direct-messages, and engaging with followers.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, podcast guests, and partners to expand outreach and cross-promotion opportunities.
Channel Management:
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule based on a pre-created calendar, ensuring regular content updates while adhering to brand voice and guidelines.
- Optimize post captions, hashtags, and tagging strategies to enhance discoverability and increase organic reach.
- Utilize Instagram features effectively, such as Stories, IGTV, and Reels, to create engaging and shareable content.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, templates, and assets.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor Instagram analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on channel growth, engagement, and audience demographics.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance social media strategies.
- Stay informed about social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to implement innovative ideas.
What You'll Need:
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field.
- Passion for and understanding of creative’s issues, intersectionality, and the podcasting landscape.
- Proficiency in Instagram, including a deep understanding of the platform's features, best practices, and community guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail and strong grammar.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
What You'll Bring:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field.

Pay: $9.00 - $28.00 per month
