The Enterprise Stewardship Program Leader is responsible for supporting GE HealthCare’s Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG), Enterprise Risk, and Human Rights programs and will play a key role in ensuring senior executives and members of the board of directors are able to make decisions that are informed by up-to-date risk information. Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead projects and initiatives to advance and expand ESG, ERM, and Human Rights programs.
Develop and maintain risk monitoring and reporting process for ESG, Enterprise Risk, and Human Rights programs.
Liaise with risk and sustainability topic owners to track key performance indicators and relevant program countermeasures.
Leverage current industry best practices to understand emerging risks, and work to identify and implement continuous program improvement opportunities.
Monitor emerging regulations and work with program owners and regional counsel to support compliance readiness activities.
Manage the creation of specific public reports such as global human rights reports.
Partner with procurement to further integrate responsible business due diligence and screening criteria into supplier on boarding processes; analyze and manage insights from due diligence.
Required qualifications:
Experience in ESG or Sustainability, Enterprise Risk Management, or Human Rights program management.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Experience managing risk related data and KPIs.
Proficiency in analyzing and developing action plans for regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Desired qualifications:
Strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of risk and control identification and assessment.
Knowledge of risk monitoring and reporting practices.
Experience with data analysis tools such as MS excel, Power BI, tableau, or other relevant data analysis tools.
Healthcare industry experience.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $97,920.00-$146,880.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
