- Must reside within the continental US while working
- This role is W-2-only and it is a contract-to-hire position (no C2C arrangements)
- We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role
- Standard Eastern Time business hours and you must be exclusively dedicated to this role (no other simultaneous job engagements are permitted)
- MUST HAVE the essential tech stack experience - Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and Cloud (Prefer GCP)
- MUST BE self-motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and consistently meet deliverables without requiring continual oversight, while also collaborating effectively and being an active team player

Requirements
For this role, it's important that you can hit the ground running with the following:
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in backend Java development within a large enterprise environment
- Proficiency in Java frameworks, particularly Spring and Spring Boot
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based systems
- Strong knowledge of Webservices and expertise in building Rest APIs
- Demonstrated experience with (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or TeamCity
- Proficiency in containerization methods, including Docker and container orchestration using GKE
- Proficient with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
- Previous engagement in large-scale integration projects, demonstrating an ability to seamlessly connect diverse components or systems
- Comfortable working within an agile development environment
