Job Summary
We are adding a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to our company. In this role, we are seeking a results-orientated sales leader who will use strategic thinking, product knowledge, and sales acumen to help the growth of our Enterprise Sales team. This department focuses on closing new B2B deals with regional and national brands, collaborating on marketing strategies, and serving as a leading presence at various industry and customer conferences. The successful Sales Manager will help build a high-performing sales team, implementing best-practice procedures, teaching strong sales skills, and instilling a culture of confidence and achievement. What you'll do:
- Lead and manage the Business Development team to create revenue growth.
- Expand business within and outside of existing customers by building long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Formulating a strategic annual sales plan, that leads to a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and high retention rates Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan
- Display an ability to communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders to close deals
- Network using various tools including trade shows and other industry events regularly to impact revenue and partnerships
- Managing sales team members including but not limited to BDRs and BDM's to help drive and close both strategic/complex deals as well as regular run rate deals
- Prospect, forecast, build, and maintain a sales pipeline with the Business Development Team
- Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new representatives on the sales process, identifying new opportunities in industry verticals, and driving expansion into them
- Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, and HR departments
- Conduct Weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast meetings, business reviews, monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results
Requirements
What you'll need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working and succeeding in B2B sales solutions
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience
- Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and industry events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development goals and targets
- You must be able to commute to our Atlanta, GA metropolitan area office for in-office collaboration when it is necessary
Nice to have: (Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Education)
- Coaching, leadership, sales, or analytics certification
- Home Services or Lead Generation industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively speak in public
- Marketing event planning experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience

Networx has a flexible approach to in-office work; for those living in the Atlanta, GA, or New York, NY Metropolitan areas. This position is considered Hybrid with infrequent required and nonrequired days in the office for collaboration.
