SAIC is currently hiring for an Enterprise Endpoint Management Team Lead to help support the RITS program.
Job Duties:
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/SCCM), Windows Virtual Desktop, Endpoint Security, and policy-based configuration management (Intune/GPO), and the end-to-end lifecycle of building DoD Windows system images, application packaging, vulnerability patching, and software distribution.
- Manage a team of geographically diverse, remote staff ensuring effective communication and on-time delivery of services supporting Windows Server 2019/2022 and Windows 10 in a multi-domain Active Directory environment.
- Ensure all technologies are following DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), DoD and Agency policies and standards.
- Manage and participate in root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents along with coordinating the design and implementation of solutions.
- Ensure adherence to the Change Management process for all changes to production systems.
- Oversee the preparation of documentation that includes, but is not limited to, Work Instructions, SOPs and System Architecture Guides, and Diagrams that support operational transition of enterprise solutions into production and ongoing maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and nine (9) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
Required Certifications and Security Clearance:
- Current DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification IAT Level II (example: Security+ CE)
- Interim Secret Clearance is required to start; must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills geared to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in designing architecture for Enterprise Endpoint / Mobility Management solutions (ex MECM, Intune, VMware)
- One or more active, role-relevant Microsoft or other certification
- Knowledge of ITIL v4; Agile; DevOps
- Practical experience in common Automation and Orchestration technologies in a Digital Workplace
Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
