This dynamic company provides digital enablement solutions that integrate, manage, and support on-site and cloud-based communications and collaboration technologies for the government and enterprise level organizations. While audio-visual equipment experience is a plus, candidates with a proven track record selling commercial services in industries such as integrated security, HVAC/building automation, IT, copier, or elevator are encouraged to apply. Clients are primarily located in the greater Philadelphia area. This is a relationship-based sales opportunity, and extensive contacts in any vertical market will be helpful. Hybrid officing is acceptable.
Competitive compensation includes a salary in the range of $80,000-$95,000, plus uncapped performance-based incentive program with high earnings potential.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate available lead sources to find potential target accounts.
- Develop target prospects, involving other members of the team as required.
- Routinely evaluate progress and modify sales approach as necessary.
- Call on a sufficient number of potential new accounts weekly in order to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare estimates and proposals in a timely fashion.
- Provide quotes to repair equipment per the customer’s direction.
- Promote all Company offerings to customers working with them to provide a quality solution.
- Develop personal relationships with key accounts and leverage the resultant opportunities.
- Become involved in local organizations that will provide a forum to help develop company exposure.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of a 4-year degree or comparable industry experience is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive solution selling success in a technology based, service-oriented industry is required.
- Experience in the audio visual and collaboration industry or building technologies is preferred.
- Experience operating in a team selling and / or complex matrix business environment is desirable.
- Ability to pass background check and drug test to company’s satisfaction.
