Job description

Your Mission:

As an Enterprise Account Executive at AfterShip, your mission is to cultivate and close new relationships with top eCommerce retailers and D2C brands.
You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by leveraging your passion for eCommerce, natural curiosity, and strong hunting skills. Through consultative selling and our range of solutions, you will have the opportunity to sell top-tier products you believe in while being rewarded with competitive commission structures. The potential for capitalizing on our momentum is limitless.
This is a remote-first position where the successful candidate may be located in either the US or Canada, though the hiring team will be prioritizing candidates with access to either our US hub (Austin, TX) or Canada hub (Toronto, ON).


What You'll Do:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to increase AfterShip users and revenue in the North American market.
  • Prepare and execute a sales strategy for top eCommerce retailers and D2C brands, surpassing AfterShip's sales targets.
  • Develop a strategy to penetrate key prospects while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct necessary sales activities to secure meetings with C-level clients.
  • Perform thorough business needs analyses, explaining why AfterShip is uniquely positioned to satisfy those needs.
  • Manage your CRM system meticulously to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Engage effectively with clients through webinars, calls, and occasional face-to-face meetings during events or onsite visits.
  • Prepare client briefs and proposals autonomously to the highest level.
  • Demonstrate initiative in growing the business.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience selling to executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex buying processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce, including working knowledge of platforms like Shopify and familiarity with the associated app ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Google Suite.
