Swiftlane is creating safer communities for the multifamily industry. Leveraging Swiftlane's smart access technology increases building value for owners, streamlines operations for property managers, and simplifies access for residents and visitors. Swiftlane offers an all-in-one building security tech platform and is a leader in North America for face recognition access & video intercom for multifamily communities.
Our smart access technology focuses on solving major challenges and pain points for the multifamily industry such as improving security through replacing antiquated audio only intercom systems with a high security video intercom, reducing burden on managing the system for property managers and making access frictionless for residents through face recognition access.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Director that has at least 7-10 years of experience. Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience selling to multifamily owners & property managers. Opportunity to become a sales leader within the company and build out a territory for high performers.
Responsibilities:
- Focused on selling to the multifamily community in South Florida to accounts that have either 10K+ units or 200+ buildings
- Conduct in-depth research in the multifamily market within your region to identify opportunities and faculty that align with our offering
- Manage the entire sales cycle for a set number of accounts, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the multifamily industry
- Consult with prospects to understand their specific challenges and objectives and demonstrate how our solution can address their unique needs through the SPICED method
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support for clients
- Provide valuable market feedback to the product development team to help enhance the product based on client needs
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least an undergraduate degree at an accredited university
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales metrics
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dedicated to their sales craft and is looking to constantly learn and improve
- At least 5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably selling into the multifamily industry
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Must be located in South Florida, preferably in Miami
