Enrolment Coach (Sales) Position

Since 2017, we have helped our clients win over $2.4 million in financing and make multiple five-figure revenues from their businesses annually. Our signature programs are called Real Estate Empire (REE) TM. and Get Online Get Known (GOGK) TM with more in the pipeline. We have people beating down our doors who are interested in speaking to a member of our team to learn more about this program, and how they can work with us to get their dream businesses and investments. As one of our Breakthrough Coaches, You would be the person on our team that the prospective client would speak to first. Your job would be to listen to the person’s story—both personal and professional, ask them lots of questions to understand their challenges, problems, and worries (we’ll give you the questions to ask), and then address their doubts and fears one by one about moving forward. (Moving forward = signing up with JT Consulting to work with our consultants on getting their business to give them high ticket returns). To be clear, you would not be the person helping the person build their high ticket strategy; you would serve as the gatekeeper for our amazing program who will help people cross the bridge of fear and move from confusion to clarity. I’m looking for passionate, persuasive, committed people who can speak to these eager and excited prospective clients and help me decide if the client is a great fit for our program as well as help the right people commit to working with us on their high yield investment strategy.

If you’re looking for the following, then this role is NOT for you:

• a quick way to make some easy cash. This role has high earning potential (start earning $4000+ per month within a month) but this is NOT a quick and easy way to make money. There is a learning process to this role, and you have to be committed to learning the structure of our process and to coaching.
• the 4-hour workweek. This is a remote position, but it is not a role for someone who wants to work as few hours as possible. This job is for people who are super-committed to being great at the role.
• a way to build your own brand or start your own business. We are not interested in candidates that currently or plan to one day run their own businesses. We’re seeking candidates who are interested in the freedom that comes from having a predictable, meaningful, well-paying job.

• You are a positive person. You know how to find the good in adverse situations. You need to be able to bounce back from rejection and bring your full self to the next call.
• You are a person who follows through on their commitments. You don’t jump ship or give up when things get hard.
• You like speaking on the phone. You know how to connect and communicate well with people you cannot see face-to-face.
• You like people. You do not have to be an extrovert for this position, but you must like speaking with people (on a 1-on-1 basis), connecting with people, and helping people.
• You are detail-orientedand methodical. You will be making 3-5 Breakthrough phone calls every single work day. Each call will be with a different person with their own particular story, but there will be a script and a method that you must stick to for every single call.
• You are an honest person with high integrity. You must be willing to turn people away who are not a good fit for our program, even it means that you won’t get a commission for that sale.
• You have consistent access to reliable internet. Our team is primarily remote, so you’ll need your own laptop and reliable internet connection.
