Position: Enrollment Specialist
Reports to : Commercial and Marketing Manager
General Job Description:
Include: Assisting in developing and implementing plans and goals for the school. Working as a team with the Marketing and Commercial Manager and Marketing Specialist. She is also responsible for the lead management of all schools, following all leads and creating strategies to improve sales conversions. She will also work with Directors for the registration process. She will be in charge of all enrollment processes. The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for assessing applications, handling documentation, collecting information, entering data and providing customer service.

Adheres to the policy and procedures of Sff! and the DCDEE (Division of Child Development and Early Education.)

Works in cooperation with children, staff, and parents.

Minimum Requirement
High School Diploma/ GED Required or Bachelor’s degree and/or a certificate in a related field. Or
Working towards the completion of an Associate degree, and three years of experience in customer service and/or sales. Or
College Degree in another field with 2 years of experience in related fields.
EDU119 Intro to Early Childhood Education (can be taken after 6 months of employment)
Bilingual fluent in Spanish and English
CPR and First Aid certified.
Fingerprint/criminal record clearance through DHHS Criminal Background Check, TB test and Medical exam.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent administrative skills.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of databases and relevant software programs.

Duties and Responsibilities
Written communication to potential clients about general information of SFF!
Answering on time (1 hours max.) all missed calls.
Creating reports and keeping track of the leads.
Take care of all leads and potential customers.
Working on strategic plans to achieve goals and measuring results of each strategy.
Answering phone calls and convert those calls into tours
Keeping track of incoming calls and doing follow ups
Keeping track of tour requests and doing follow ups
Keeping track of leads, tours and overall client communications
