Responsibilities of Enrollment ManagerNETC is seeking an
Enrollment Manager to provide service to current, new, and prospective students in regards to NETC programs and class selections, admissions, placement testing, registration and financial aid. This position manages enrollment functions for the main campus and works in conjunction with the community campus coordinators to provide support for the enrollment at all community campuses.Directs and provides oversight of the student enrollment process from prospect to enrollment to include recruitment, admissions, placement testing, financial aid, advising and registration. Provides holistic scheduling for all continuing students to include transfer and special population cohort of students through the enrollment process. Coordinates enrollment center services to ensure students' needs are met. Oversees supportive enrollment services such as the matriculation of cohorts, fast-track enrollment process, enrollment correspondence, and call campaigns.
Manages the enrollment center and provides monthly reports and enrollment plans for multiple terms aligned to student's career or academic goals. Recommends policy and procedure providing a seamless experience for the student and promotes enrollment growth. Manages and identifies specific enrollment cohorts for the college and coordinates the services with existing resources. Provides pertinent enrollment related reports to include no show, add, and drop reporting.Manages the enrollment team and other student services. Collaborates with academic areas to facilitate the consistent delivery of academic and workforce program scheduling and ensures program completion. Refers students to internal and external resources as appropriate. Makes recommendations for changes to the scheduling and program improvement on behalf of the success of the student.Oversees Enrollment/One-Stop Center including and budgeting daily enrollment inputs. Assists in the budget preparation to ensure adequate funds are available for enrollment center needs. Works collaboratively with the Marketing Team in the development of marketing strategies (email campaigns, text, call outreach, and social media activities) to promote and maintain enrollment growth.Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum and Additional Requirements
State Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs. Must have a valid driver's license.
NETC Preferred Requirements: A master's degree or bachelor's degree and two years experience in student services programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the policies and procedures affecting the assigned program area(s). Knowledge of the basic principles and theories of student and educational administration. Knowledge of the techniques of individual and group counseling. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff, and the general public. Ability to identify, develop, and implement programs and activities that will benefit the campus community. Ability to provide supportive counseling for a wide range of student problems and concerns. Ability to supervise and evaluate personnel.
Additional Comments
Works under the supervision of the Dean of Enrollment Management and K-12 Services. Responsible for managing or providing assistance in more complex financial aid, student advisement, student counseling, registration, admissions, housing and other student service programs. Some positions are responsible for multiple program areas or a major component of a large program area.
Travel to other campus locations, community sites, and agencies is required. Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time. May require overnight travel. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
