Job Summary:

Responsibilities Include:
- Translating French materials including videos, social media, brochures, agreements, and other documents into fluent, idiomatic U.S. English
- Conveying accurate substance and details during oral interpretation
- Preserving tone and context during written translation
- Conducting research to support translation of specialized terminology
- Proofreading, reviewing and verifying translations for accuracy, clarity, and quality assurance
- Comparing translations to match conformity of meaning of source documents
- Engage in oral translation and interpretation as needed
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Must be a native speaker of U.S. English
- Display fluent written command of English and French, covering a wide range of terminology and specialized vocabulary in many fields
Work Setting and Environment:
- Monday - Friday, normal working hours
- Work is to be performed remotely
- May entail travel between the U.S. and Canada
