Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
- Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Utilize instructional design techniques to enhance student learning
- Provide academic advising and support to students
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Utilize research-based strategies to improve teaching methods
- Implement behavior management techniques to maintain a productive classroom environment
