Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging and interactive English language lessons to two elementary-aged students residing in China.
- Tailor instruction to the students' specific needs and learning styles, focusing on foundational language skills.
- Create a positive and supportive virtual learning environment.
- Utilize age-appropriate teaching methods, games, and activities to make learning fun.
- Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on student progress and discuss areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred)
- TEFL/TESOL Certification
- Experience teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (ESL), particularly to young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt lessons and teaching style based on student needs.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping children learn.
- Availability during early morning hours.
- Reliable internet connection and familiarity with online teaching platforms.
