Job Description: General Summary: This role requires working at customer lab, and provide technical and logistical help to our engineers remotely accessing customer machines in the lab.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Reproduce issues, collect logs, compile builds, help setup remote connections
Required Competencies: Windows 10, Linux, multi-tasking, quick learner, proactiveness, good communication, ability to follow verbal or written technical instructions and quickly and clearly execute them with minimal supervision
Additional Competencies: Basic Android debugging, shell scripting, adb command line
Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate
Preferred Qualifications: College graduation
