- Work closely with engineering to develop and build our latest hardware, including high voltage electronics motors and environmental control systems.
- Assemble hardware for use on test stands or on aircraft while maintaining associated documentation. This will involve mechanical assembly of parts and sub-systems, etc.
- Develop assembly methods and tools on quickly developing designs.

- Experience writing and following work instructions.
- Proficiency with machining, welding, and overall mechanical craftsmanship a plus.
- Experience with instrumentation.
- Familiarity with CAD, PLM/PDM systems.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $36-50 per hour. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
