Currently, we are in search of an exceptional and driven Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. Gillespie & Powers designs, engineers, installs, commissions, repairs, relines, and rebuilds industrial incinerators and large-scale furnace equipment for the non-ferrous metals industry. As an Engineering Manager at Gillespie & Powers, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our company's mission and leading our team to greater achievements. Responsibilities include, research and develop designs and products, create technical documentation such as datasheets, BOMs, and drawings, lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes, manages new product design, oversee mechanical designs, responsible for all BOM's for existing and new designs.

The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with some experience in electrical, industrial combustion and PLC automation preferred, and have 7+ years of experience.
