ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist engineers with project tasks, including data analysis, research, and calculations.
- Create and update technical drawings and models using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Develop presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Manage project tasks and track progress using Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
- Conduct site visits to different locations in Chicago and Martin, TN, collecting data and documenting observations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the engineering team.
SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different sites (with company support).
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Current student enrolled in an accredited engineering program.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
