As a part-time Engineering Intern at ConGlobal, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, real-world environment. Our internship program is designed for students currently pursuing a degree in a computer science-related field. This program offers exposure to a wide range of technical disciplines, allowing you to apply your classroom knowledge to meaningful projects and collaborate with our experienced engineering team.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering team to design, develop, test, and deploy innovative solutions that address real-world challenges.
• Coding and Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in various programming languages, depending on project requirements.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and contribute your findings to the team.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for projects, including code documentation, project reports, and user guides.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications and systems.
• Mentorship: Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced engineers, fostering your professional growth and development.
• Presentations: Have the opportunity to present your work, progress, and findings to the team and, in some cases, to company leadership.

Additional Information:

• This is a part-time internship position.
• Successful interns may have the opportunity to be considered for full-time positions upon graduation, based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a computer science-related degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages, such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for technology and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the field.
