How will you make an impact in this role?

The Channel Frameworks & Services team is driving a new way of building web experiences for our customers. We are looking for a forward-thinking Engineering Director who would be responsible for the end to end design and delivery for customer value capabilities in US and international markets directing a team of engineers driving engineering standard processes.

You will be hands on in building new enterprise framework & Services to support Web Audit Automation.


  • Identify sophisticated and/or broad problems and issues within assigned technology initiatives and formulate recommendations based on industry standards and practices.
  • Lead a team of engineers with deep involvement in architecture & design of a new capability to be hosted on a variety of technologies.
  • Collaborate with leadership across teams to define technical solutions and implementation to drive software maturity and standard processes.
  • Collaborate with teams across the enterprise in rolling out the tools & processes.
  • Drive the engineering resilience of software and automation tools.
  • Drive the reengineering of systems and code for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
    10+ years of large-scale technology engineering and formal management. Such as:
  • Successful engineering and deployment of enterprise-grade technology products in an Agile environment
  • Large scale software product engineering experience with modern tools and delivery methods in a sophisticated environment (i.e. DevOps, CD/CI, Agile, etc.)
  • Creation of tools or other technologies that become integral to the operation of the platform.
  • Successful assimilation of new technology into an existing technology stack
  • Good influential and collaboration skills; ability to drive consensus and tangible outcomes, proven by breaking down silos and fostering cross communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Java and Javascript is preferred.
    Expertise in building fault-tolerant, scalable solutions that are performed at a global enterprise scale.
    Knowledge of web development frameworks.
  • Hands on development experience of large-scale application development and using JavaScript & Java.
  • Proficient in cross-platform integration
  • Hand on experience in public cloud environments(AWS or GCP).
  • Experience in database technologies.
  • Channel-specific technical skills as required by the platform, such as web, mobile, voice or interactive media.
    Engineering skill with wide-ranging experience; able to resolve sophisticated issues in creative and effective ways.

Salary Range: $170,000.00 to $255,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
