Position Title:Engineer III, RPA   (P3)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support RPA solutions, leveraging UiPath tools
  • Write efficient, well-documented code for automating identified processes.
  • Configure RPA tools to ensure optimal performance and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough testing to validate the reliability and accuracy of automated solutions.
  • Integrate RPA solutions seamlessly with existing systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to deploy automation solutions into production environments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot deployed solutions to maintain continuous functionality and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed RPA solutions and generate regular reports on performance and efficiency gains.
  • Knowledge of various Agile Software Development methodologies
  • Develop your knowledge of individual components with the application portfolio and branch out into other areas as your grow.
  • Provide technical mentorship for junior RPA team members

Education/Certifications 

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • Masters degree preferred
  • UiPath Professional certification is required
  • Experience in process reengineering preferred

 

Experience/Minimum Requirements 

  • 3+ years of professional experience in the design, administration, programming, and support of an enterprise RPA environment using the UiPath platform.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in programming (e.g. C#, VB.NET, Java, etc.) or experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, scalability, and security) of new and current systems
  • Advanced knowledge of RPA software capabilities
  • Experience and knowledge of business process re-engineering and process mapping; ability to develop solution designs
  • Experienced in infrastructure design, ERP, CRM, Network, Security and programming
  • Experience with source control tools (e.g. GitHub, TFS, SVN)
  • Experience with on-prem and cloud deployment of RPA Solutions.
  • Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse types of audiences in a way that establishes rapport and gains understanding
  • Proficient with SQL

Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter and may require up to 20% travel.

For New York, Colorado, California and Washington residents - The hiring range offered for this position is $89,600 - $128,800 annually. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of annual salary and restricted stock. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
