We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team! Someone who will be responsible for all the design, development, and implementation of refrigeration solutions for our clients.We are currently seeking a candidate with expertise in Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Systems to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and Engineering: Utilize your deep understanding of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems to develop comprehensive design solutions that meet project requirements and industry standards.
- System Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses, including thermodynamic assessments and heat transfer calculations, to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
- Project Management: Lead the mechanical engineering aspects of refrigeration projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all designs and installations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, with a strong focus on safety protocols.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a technical liaison between the company and clients, providing expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to address any concerns or technical queries.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in design and engineering.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to support project execution and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the design and engineering of Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software for 2D and 3D modeling (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- PE licenses preferred.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer principles, and fluid mechanics.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance in engineering practices.
