About the Position:
This is a fast paced, aggressive, entry-level program that is designed to challenge you at all times. 2-Year Development Program Structure:
First year: Rotational training
You are placed at one of our 11 US Manufacturing Plants and will receive hands-on manufacturing training through the entire fiber-cement manufacturing process in addition to development of key professional skills
Projects: select and complete strategic projects using the skills acquired during your first year
Second year:
After successful completion of your first year, you will be promoted and assigned to a specific process or role across one of our 11 U.S. plants (Waxahachie, TX; Cleburne, TX; Fontana; CA, Reno; NV, Tacoma; WA (2), Peru; IL, Pulaski; VA, Prattville, AL; Plant City, FL; Summerville, SC; Westfield, MA)

Education/Expectations Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Paper Science, Polymer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- Able to relocate to one of our 11 U.S. Manufacturing plants
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Demonstrated work ethic through past co-op or internship, preferred
The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,000 and $75,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, market conditions, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position qualifies for benefits which may also include a discretionary bonus.
