The Engagement Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties. The Engagement Coordinator is expected to greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office, direct visitors to the appropriate person and office, and answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock. Perform any and all other functions deemed necessary must be proficient with Excel and Microsoft Word.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Reflect the core values of Home Instead
- Schedule and conduct Care Pro training including training required to meet Home Instead® Standards and additional optional training.
- Schedule and conduct Care Pro annual reviews and all supervision including regular performance conversations, accountabilities and problem resolution
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
- Work in partnership with the Scheduling Department to coordinate Care Pro schedules with an emphasis on creating high-quality matches and extraordinary relationships.
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Prepare and publish the monthly newsletter within the deadline
- Evaluate and update all training materials as needed
- Plan and successfully execute all Care Pro meetings
- Must have the ability to operate office equipment
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, Care Pros, clients and family members.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High school graduation or the equivalent
- One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Must possess a valid driver's license
