Job Purpose
To lead the increase of sales of the International range of Marine & Protective coatings through development of industry's first coatings specifications for Owners/EPCs/developers/fabricators/shipping companies based in Americas for Hydrogen Production, Storage & Transportation and linked Carbon capture facilities aligned with the BUs Energy Transition strategy. Most importantly, this role will be an expert in securing specification position on targeted projects globally with these key customers & their contract chains thus leading to revenues and high Contribution Margin.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client relationships which have now ventured into Energy Transition with their new renewables departments
  • Develop new client relationships with upcoming large renewables focused companies
  • Build & develop global sales strategies/plans for key customer accounts
  • Create & implement customer contact plans
  • Plan, monitors & report on the execution of the sales activities
  • Collaborate with marketing to spot present/future market trends & use customer feedback to increase market penetration
  • Deploy brand promotional plans into Key Accounts
  • Input demand forecast for Key Account sales plans
  • Collaborate with product teams to pilot & scale key products at key customers
Job Requirements
  • Experienced Senior Sales professional with more than 8 years' experience
  • Master's Degree in Chemistry or Engineering discipline
  • Minimum NACE 2 certified
  • Understanding of protective coatings & passive fire protection
  • Expertise in tank-lining coatings & concrete related solutions
  • Ability to develop customer focused & commercially viable coatings' specifications to meet the customers' needs.
  • Used to developing & executing strategic customer plans.
  • Good at nurturing in-depth client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skillsFull driving licence
  • Extensive Travel throughout North America & South America
