Job Title: Energy Consultant
Pay: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission. OTE of $80-100k in Year 1

Responsibilities:
- Perform the solar sales process at a high level over the phone, this includes:
- Discovering the customers goals
- Explain equipment specifications, design details & the solar value proposition
- Convey our contracts clearly to customers.
- Making outbound and accepting inbound calls from prospective homeowners interested in going solar for their home. Leads are warm, homeowners have requested a quote through our online partners.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, mostly related to energy technology and aspects of the solar industry.
- Managing a pipeline of clients effectively through the cycle of solar, from site survey to interconnection
- Help facilitate other department initiatives associated with accruing more sales

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of solar sales experience
- At least 2 years of Inside or outside Sales Experience. In lieu of sales experience, willing to invest in the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft and CRM Software. Salesforce experience is a PLUS!
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)
- 4 day a week in-office, 1 day work from home
- 8-hour shift with some weekend work as needed.
- Additional hours are based on the manager's requirements
