Job Description:
Onsite Part-TimeApplication System Technical Analyst-Senior is responsible for providing analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation and support (technical and functional) of administrative, financial, or clinical information systems. Senior-level professional experienced in all aspects of healthcare related information systems. Encompasses full knowledge required within the configuration, installation, design, testing, implementation and maintenance of administrative, financial, or clinical information systems. Typically designs and develops approaches that are implemented by others. Is able to function with minimal oversight and direction. Provides technical guidance to peers.
- Works assigned tickets. Responds to customer requests and service tickets within established IT standards. Communicates with other IT staff as necessary to ensure effective resolution, and communicates resolution with customers in a timely fashion.
- Leads in the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of new or existing applications. Creates scope documentation of projects and assists in tracking project completion.
- Analyzes the usability of the system and ensures information is findable. Creates structures to improve the user experience. Tests new developments and performs quality control and bug tracking. Identifies issues and proposes solutions. Documents problem resolution for fellow IT staff.
- Provides training and documentation to End Users on internal applications, including Sitecore. Reviews user workloads and suggests ideas for improvement.
- Measures success, use and performance of an application and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Monitors ticket queue and assigned tickets to department associates. Notifies the team when tickets are accumulating beyond acceptable service levels. Mentors team members and maintains a collaborative team environment. Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years of experience managing digital properties Previous experience creating sites, editing pages, testing customizations, and managing permissions is required
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree Seven (7) years of experience in analyzing and implementing usability, user experience (UX), and information architecture concepts is preferred Previous experience with Sitecore or other WCMS platforms is preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- HTML is required.
- CSS is preferred.
- Regular attendance to perform work during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends is required for identified positions
