Enablement Analytics & Reporting Sr. Manager
Location:
Dallas, TX or Scottsdale, AZ
This role will be remote but must be in close proximity to either location, and be willing/able to go into the office for infrequent meetings.
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enablement Analytics & Reporting Sr. Manager to join our Global Enablement team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and building executive and operational-level reports and dashboards for key programs and initiatives spanning sales, service delivery and partner enablement. You will work closely with Commercial Excellence/Sales Operations, Education Services, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Partner Operations, and numerous cross-functional teams to streamline the delivery and measure effectiveness of all enablement activity.
Scope
  • Define and build scalable, easy-to-interpret enablement dashboards and reports for executive-level and operational management consumption
  • Define and capture metrics/KPIs for: sales enablement, service delivery enablement, partner enablement and Education Services globally
  • Extract and correlate data from various systems and activities to measure true impact of initiatives (e.g., impact of new Rep onboarding program on pipeline health and ramp to full productivity)
  • Extensively use data analysis and reporting packages to streamline and automate reporting as best as possible; reduce the manual, human portion of the equation to a large extent

What you'll do
  • Collaborate with enablement & education leaders and business leaders to understand what needs to be measured including associated benchmarks
  • Analyze enablement data and metrics to provide actionable insights to the enablement team, business leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Define and build the standardized enablement reporting package & dashboards leaders will use to measure performance and make key investment & divestment decisions
  • Extract, sanitize, de-dupe and correlate data from separate systems to provide leadership with meaningful, actionable intelligence

What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or Business Administration; advanced degree preferred
  • Approx. 10+ years of exposure to sales, marketing, customer experience (implementation consultants, CSMs), enablement organizations; it is critical the candidate understand these businesses
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics and reporting tools; experience with Power BI preferred
  • Demonstrable ETL experience working with large and complex data sets; experience with Python and similar technologies
  • A data and intelligence expert who can produce deliverables that can be interpreted and resonate with senior business audiences who are not data experts!

The salary range for this position is $102,000.00 to $150,000.00 USD.
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
