WHO ARE WE?
Launched as part of The Fedcap Group in 2018, Families Forward offers a wide array of programs and services to help individuals achieve success in education and employment to become self-sufficient adults. Our specific focus areas include case management, work readiness, vocational or employer-based training, job placement, and post-placement support.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As an Employment Specialist at our nonprofit, you will take on the challenge of providing exemplary case management services to individuals receiving TANF benefits. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload that includes individuals who are "job-ready" as well as those facing medical barriers. Your empathetic and value-driven approach will be instrumental in helping these individuals address their challenges, develop essential skills, and secure meaningful employment.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Bachelor's degree or higher education OR equivalent experience
- Demonstrated track record for providing exceptional customer service
