Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Our Chicago-based mid-sized law firm client (under 175 attorneys) is seeking an associate with, ideally, 4-6 years of Employment Litigation and counseling experience dealing with discrimination, restrictive covenants, breach of contract or fiduciary duty, harassment and retaliation, wage and hour/overtime, noncompete, WARN Act, ADA and ADEA matters. The ideal attorney will be able to second-chair or first-chair litigation cases or contract negotiations. Some traditional labor experience is a plus. The firm’s Labor & Employment group has been recognized in the first tier of labor management practices in Chicago. This is a great opportunity to be part of a smaller (under 20 attorneys), close knit and growing labor and employment law practice group.
