Employment Law Staff Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to assist in case preparation and strategy development
• Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, briefs, motions, and settlement agreements
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient communication and caseload management
• Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding Employment Law matters
• Conduct client interviews and prepare clients for depositions and hearings
• Assist in developing and presenting training programs on Employment Law topics for clients and staff

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the state bar association
• At least [X] years of experience practicing Employment Law
• Strong knowledge of federal and state Employment Laws and regulations
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
