Duties
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing basic medical assistance, including taking vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with wound care
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care, observations, and activities
- Assist residents in maintaining mobility, including transferring and repositioning patients using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Encourage and support patients in social and recreational activities to promote their overall well-being
- Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the patient's room and common areas
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans for each patient

Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a diverse patient population
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Proof of COVID vaccination required
- Must be able to function independently and as part of a team
- Must have a strong commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients
- Must maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
- Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process
