We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Consultant to focus on investigation and dispute resolution. This position will work in all areas of the business, supporting multiple HR Business Partners with their groups on a variety of topics to assist in fair and efficient outcomes.
This position will by hybrid but with the ability to work remotely but also meeting at various locations throughout the valley as needed. It will work a normal day time business schedule but may need to work off hours as needed.

This role performs general day to day functions of Employee Relations. Investigates and resolves Employee Relations concerns with oversight by a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). Role provides leaders and HRBPs with support for Employee Relations investigations. Responsible to train new leaders in basic Human Resources responsibilities. Responsible for Reach Line administration and investigations. Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- Two years' human resources/business or applicable experience.
- Ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proven analytical, technical and project management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- SHRM or HCRI Certification
- Additional experience in Human Resources administration in multiple functional specialties.
- Experience in the health care industry.
- Additional related education and/or experience.
