Overview:
The Labcorp People Analytics team is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our enterprise Employee Listening program. This role involves overseeing the strategic direction, development, operational and stakeholder management, and analysis strategy for our enterprise Employee Listening program. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of survey and focus group deployment, deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative analytics, coupled with strong program management skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of the employee survey programs, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of multi-method & multi-modal data collection on employee sentiment, strengths and weaknesses of each method, and psychometric implications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define survey objectives, design questions, and establish a comprehensive survey strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR Partners, HR COEs, business leaders, and external survey vendors.
  • Coordinate survey administration, focus group administration, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of actionable insights to drive positive employee engagement.
  • Create and execute communication plans to promote survey participation and transparency around the program's goals, process, and outcomes.
  • Monitor survey metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for enhancing the overall employee experience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the secure and efficient use of survey platforms and tools.
  • Develop and execute a reporting and analytics strategy for sharing data and insights to enable a Labcorp to make data driven decisions based on employee sentiment
  • Implement initiatives based on survey findings to address areas of improvement
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends related to employee engagement and survey methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field and 4+ years managing a listening program. -OR- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field and 7+ years managing a listening program
  • Proven experience as a program manager, particularly in managing employee engagement survey programs, customer experience survey programs, or other listening programs.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative survey / focus group results.
  • Knowledge of survey platforms and technologies.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to drive meaningful organizational change based on survey insights.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and practices.

Pay range: $120,000.00 -$140,000.00 + bonus
