Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity Details: CHI St. Alexius Health-Bismarck, ND:

· Level II Trauma Center

· Annual volume trending at 19k

· 1.2 patients/hr.

· EMR-Epic

· 40 hrs of Physician Coverage-All ABEM Team

We offer a robust compensation package

FTE Base Compensation & Bonus:

· $250-$300/hr.

· Quality & Productivity Bonus = $10/hr.

· Retention Bonus = $100K

· Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.

· 10hr. Shifts

FTE Benefits Package:

· CME = $5K annually

· Employer Paid Health Insurance (HSA Option)

· 401K Safe-Harbor Plan: 3% Company Contribution

· Professional Liability Insurance
