- Well-staffed department with 40 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage per day
- Excellent productivity pay, equalized scheduling, and tax advantages with Independent Contractor status
- Physicians work 14 (10-hour) shifts per month at $300 per hour as a benchmark
