Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency calls and provide medical assistance to patients in need
- Assess the patient's condition and perform necessary medical procedures
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
- Monitor vital signs and provide ongoing care to stabilize patients
- Transport patients safely to medical facilities for further treatment
- Communicate with medical personnel and relay important information about the patient's condition
Skills:
- Hospital experience preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Proficient in assessing vital signs and providing critical care
- Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
- Understanding of human physiology and its impact on patient care
- Skilled in basic life support techniques, including CPR and first aid
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and assisting with patient movement
- Excellent patient assessment skills, including the ability to quickly evaluate a patient's condition
