Day Shift
Monday through Saturday 7 am-7 pm
Must be available to work extended hours busy seasons and fewer hours during slower times, never below 40 hrs.

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Embroidery Manager and guidance of experienced operators/ Pod Leads, Embroidery Operators will work daily to produce embroidery orders.
Essential Job Functions
- Teamwork & Accountability
- Taking direction from lead operators/ Pod Leads/ Management in the Embroidery Department
- Proper art selection, backing and support selection, hoop selection and usage
- Assist in setting up orders
- Quality
- Inspecting produced items for quality defects, such as improper locations, poor machine stitching, incorrect stitch orders, and general quality and feel of final products
- Sustain a less than 1% defect rate of pieces produced
- Quantity
- Sustain production rates and minimal down time equal to or better than current department expectations and needs
- Other
- General facility and station hygiene and maintenance
- Maintaining cleanliness of workstation and equipment
- Assist in setting up and hooping orders as needed
- Follow all SOP’s
- Attend training as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent technical skills
- Must be reliable, responsible, and take direction well
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform all production functions when necessary
- Honesty and integrity
- Have a working knowledge of all facets of Print Production
