Job Description
- Responsible for releasing HW & SW design solutions for Electronic components in the Vehicle functions or body controls and body builder specific functions, applicable for North American truck products.
- Work with global technology development teams (Bangalore & Sweden) to track the platform development progress and also be take part in discussions with Tier-1 supplier of components.
- Follow level 4-time plan activities and milestones.
- Work with component installations for radars & cameras and other ECUs is needed.
- Work with truck integration team for solving issues arising due to it on the component side.
- Respond to defect reports and follow the defect report process for till resolution.
- Document SW configurations for various variant combinations & ESW SW release process is mandatory.
- Work with Canalyzer tools and analyze log files and perform trouble shooting.
- Download Software using factory, engineering & service tools.
- Perform minimum smoke test on bench before delivering to integration teams.
- Take part in PI planning and breakdown features to stories and tasks and follow-up though sprints.
- Will need to work on trucks when needed to de-bug and trouble shoot issues.
