Job Summary
The Email Strategist proactively gathers audience and dynamic content details to create strategic email campaigns that drive enrollment, recruitment, and retention. The Email Strategist establishes best practices for Salesforce and Marketing Cloud emails including creating, testing, send and report on a wide variety of email campaigns. The Email Strategist also designs common sets of deployable campaigns, reports, and dashboards to analyze and report email effectiveness and engagement.

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with related work experience equivalent to a master’s degree in a related field.
- Considerable knowledge of marketing email design, content, and testing
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
- Demonstrated ability to develop insight from and identify trends based on data.
- Proficiently skilled in search engine optimization (SEO)
- Considerable experience in email marketing
- Considerable experience in Salesforce/Marketing Cloud
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Email Marketing, Salesforce, and/or Marketing Cloud (preferred)
