We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our outbound Email Marketing and marketing automation campaigns, ensuring the delivery of impactful and engaging messages to our audience. The ideal candidate will be highly creative and love to dig into analytics and trends to employ a "right brain/left brain" approach. In this position, you will work closely with other marketing team members to ensure our messaging resonates with each audience and we achieve a high level of performance. You will also be analyzing and reporting on metrics and KPIs.

Day in the Life:

• Create and execute end-to-end Email Marketing campaigns and sequences, including strategizing, segmenting, scheduling, & analyzing campaigns to drive interest and conversions.
• Develop and optimize email templates and sequences to enhance open rates, CTR, and overall campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with team on copywriting, design & alignment of overall strategy
• Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and new technologies to implement innovative and effective Email Marketing strategies.
• Work with the different company brands to execute collaborative campaigns

• Strong knowledge of data points & understanding of KPIs
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.

• SASS Experience is a plus
• Hubspot Certifications are a plus

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Email Marketing, marketing automation, or copywriting experience
• Ability to analyze email performance data and other KPIs
• Understanding of B2B conversion optimization
• Proficiency in Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation tools
• Passionate about helping small businesses succeed
