Email Marketing Automation Specialist

Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center is looking for an outgoing Email Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.

At Nuvia, our Marketing Automation Specialists are proactive, self-starters who have a flexible work approach. They are motivated, energetic, collaborative and have a "can do" attitude.

Hours are full time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Remote position or in our St. George location.

• A love for copywriting and A/B testing
• Have excellent written and verbal communication
• Be highly organized and have good time management
• Experience with Google Suite (gmail, drive, docs, sheets)
• Work well in a team and alone (can be trusted to get the job done)
• Have experience with and love Marketing Automation.

Responsibilities:

• Write compelling email subject lines and copy that get results
• Plan, execute and report on split tests for email campaigns
• Improve multiple Marketing Automations and sales copy
• Become an expert of our CRM functionality
• Follow a busy schedule
• Ensure data collection flows correctly into the command center
• Learn all that is necessary to know to be able to educate someone on dental implants while following compliance requirements.
• Help with other automations projects as needed.

Requirements:

• You must be able to analyze metrics and execute projects
• Have a happy, outgoing personality
• Must be comfortable discussing financial matters
• Have basic computer skills including being able to type and email
• Sales copywriting experience
• You must love listening, talking to and helping people

Results:

• Ideal candidate is very organized, efficient data flow, automated marketing, successful campaign triggers, and motivated.
• Improve our email open rates, click rates, and deliverability.
• Educate and pre-sell our leads before they come in for a consultation.

A day in the life for a Marketing Automation Specialist

• Working closely with leadership on a daily basis for webinars, email campaigns, and updating CRM automations.
