Job Description

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to join Elijah's Xtreme. This role is pivotal in driving engagement and sales through targeted email and SMS campaigns. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing strategies to fuel our growth and enhance our brand's connection with our Xtreme fans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative email and SMS marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Create captivating content for various campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and transactional messages.
• Segment audiences and personalize communication to enhance effectiveness and customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating reports to provide insights and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align email and SMS strategies with broader marketing objectives and promotions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our email and SMS marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and SMS marketing tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that drive action.
• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, analytics, and performance measurement.
• Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collabor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52,638.00 - $57,147.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
